Problem
During transport, pallets move: accelerations, sudden braking, curves, roundabouts, etc. and the situation is aggravated when the goods do not occupy 100% of the perimeter of the pallet or when we send half Europallets or quarter Europallets, as the latter usually have the same height as standard pallets, but with less base, and are therefore more unstable…
All these common movements during transport cause the goods to shift and fall and in many cases the domino effect between pallets. This means that when our goods arrive at the customer’s house they will be automatically rejected or repalletised with the loss of time and money that this means.
Moreover, today’s packaging is becoming less and less resistant (made from recycled cardboard, lower and lower grammages, etc.).
